Return Policy – The Online Drip

At The Online Drip, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

All sales are final on clearance items and accessories.

To start a return, please email sales@theonlinedrip.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
